I consider myself a perfectionist in my work. Either I do everything well or it's not my job. Even though I'm detail-oriented, I'm very fast and efficient. I share all my experience with my team. My goal is to train each cleaner to do better than I do, so I'm happy. I have learned to have vision "beyond the scope" to ensure the quality of our work.
